Betty LaRae Steadman 84, dies July 22, 2018 at Millcreek Care Center. She was born January 27, 1934, to Floyd and Meleese Roberts Bishop in Leamington, Utah. Betty attended Lincoln County High School in Panaca, Nevada.

Betty loved the outdoors, camping, gardening and her dogs; Sadie and Taz. She retired when she was 68 from Digitech. Betty married Maxi Ikari and together raised two sons, later they divorced. She then married Virgil Steadman on June 3, 1953 in Piochie, Nevada and together they had three children.

Bettey is survived by her children; Loriena (Dave) Ortiz, Magna, Kyle (Laurie) Steadman, West Valley City, Korinn (Orvil) Martin, Georgia, 11 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, brothers; Bob (Mary Sue) Bishop, Steve (Debbie) Bishop and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil, parents, Floyd and Meleese, sister, Eudene, sons; Rendell and Rolin Ikari, great granddaughter, Meleese Ortiz.

Graveside services will be held at the Sunset Cemetery in Moab, Utah at a later date.
