She was preceded in death by her parents, Bertha Landry-Simien and Paul Simien, Sister, Agnes Simien, brothers Paul Simien and Sidney Simien, her mother and father-in-law, Albert and Wilda Sias Francis.
Viewing will be held on Friday, July 27, 2018 at Kinchen Funeral Home at 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and will resume on Saturday, July 28, 2018 at 8:00 a.m. until time of services, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church , 103 LeBeau Church Road, LeBeau, Louisiana.
Celebration of Life for Velue Simien-Francis will be held on Saturday, July 28, 2018 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in LeBeau, Louisiana at 11:00 a.m., with burial in the church cemetary.
Celebrant will be Rev. James P. Fallon, Pastor of Immaculate Conception Church.
