Jerilyn Sue Ford, 68, of Mustang, Oklahoma died Tuesday, July 24, 2018 in Oklahoma City.
Graveside services will be 2:00 pm Sunday, July 29, 2018 in Wheeler Cemetery in Wheeler, Texas.
Arrangements are by Robertson Funeral Directors of Wheeler, Texas.
Visitation will be from 4:00-6:00 PM Saturday, July 28, 2018 at the funeral home.
Sue was born January 21, 1950 in Anadarko, Oklahoma to Orville Lee and Willa Dean Wood. She grew up in Wheeler and was a 1968 graduate of Wheeler High School. She married Phillip Dwight Ford on September 6, 1968 in Wheeler. She had been a resident of Canadian before moving to Mustang, Oklahoma in 1992. She had worked as a bookkeeper for OU Health Science Center prior to her retirement. She loved Ford Mustangs, traveling the world, and loved her grandkids. She was a Baptist.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband in 1995; and a brother, Keith Wood.
Survivors include her son, Paige Ford of Mustang, OK; her daughter, Brooke Lerma of Mustang, OK; a brother, Buddy Wood of Sayre, OK; a sister, Robin Frey of Shreveport, LA; 2 grandchildren, Rylan Lerma and Braylin Lerma; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
