MILFORD B. BLAIR

Clinton- Milford B. Blair, 86, formerly of Clinton, died in his home in Hamilton, Aug. 1, 1953, after a three year illness.
Mr. Blair was born in Clinton, May 7, 1867, son of the late Seth K. and Jane Foote Blair. He was a direct descendant Of Moses Foote, one of the first settlers in Clinton. Feb. 14, 1859, he married Flora Munger Gruman. For more than 20 years he was employed at the H. J. Allen Hardware store, Clinton. He lived here until September, 1951, when he moved to Hamilton.
Survivors include his wife in Hamilton and three daughters, Mrs. S. Howard Gazlay, Hamilton: Mrs. J. Madison Raynor West Hampton Beach L.I., and Mrs. Charles Law, Herkimer; eight granchildren and three great grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 2 Tuesday afternoon from the Owens Funeral Home, College St. Clinton, with burial in Sunset Hill Cemetery, Clinton.
