Mrs. Mary Beasley, 73, pioneer resident of this city, died at the local hospital [Sapulpa, Oklahoma] Saturday night [March 22, 1947] following a brief illness.

Mrs. Beasley, a resident of this city for the past 40 years, was preceded in death by her husband, G. M. Beasley in March, 1944.

She is survived by five daughters: Mrs. Della [Delia] Armstrong, Mrs. Celia King, and Mrs. Calle King, all of Wasco, Calif., Mrs. Ella Wilburn of Mounds, [Oklahoma] and Miss Dorothy Beasley of this city; six sons: J.W., Andy, and Richard, all of Sapulpa, D.S. of Sand Springs, [Oklahoma], Ben of Odessa, Tex., and G.W. of California. Also surviving are 33 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Freeman-Landrith Funeral Home Chapel, [Sapulpa] with Rev. J. A. Davis of this city conducting the services. Burial will be made in the South Heights Cemetery, [Sapulpa].
