August 8, 1919 - July 29, 2018 Hollie Mae Holt was born August 8, 1919 in Jackson County and departed this life Sunday, July 29, 2018 at her son’s residence in London, KY being 98 years of age. She was the daughter of the late Charlie & Lizzie (Roberts) Cole.
Hollie Mae is survived by her son, Vernon Holt and his wife Gail of London, KY; son in law, Carmon Bingham of McKee, KY; brother, Wiley Cole and his wife Ina Pearl of Richmond, KY. She was blessed with four grandchildren, Christopher Holt of Versailles, KY, Matthew Holt of Lawrenceburg, KY, Jon Holt of Lawrenceburg, KY and Elizabeth Holt of Lexington, KY and by eight great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Hollie Mae was also preceded in death by her husband Dewey Holt; daughter, Cleva Bingham and by her sister, Catherine Opal.
Hollie Mae was a member of the Letter Box Baptist Church.
Funeral service 2:00 PM Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at the Lakes Funeral Home with Bro. Garland Gabbard officiating. Burial to follow in the Tyner Cemetery. Pallbearers were Matthew, Chris, Jon & Kyle Holt, Carmon Bingham and Phillip Chang
