HARVIE R. BRIDGER was the son and 13th child born to George Oliver Bridger and Mrs. Grace Belle (Richey) Bridger.

"Memorial services for Harvie Bridger, of Marshall, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, September 28, 2004 at the Sullivan Funeral Home, Travis Street Chapel, with the Rev. Jim Rust officiating. Mr. Bridger died at his residence on Wednesday, September 22, 2004. He was born October 4, 1931 in Marshall, the son of George Oliver Bridger and Grace Bell Richey Bridger. He attended Marshall public schools. He was a baptist and a member of AA. Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law; two sons and one daughter-in-law; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two stepsons; two sisters; three brothers and one sister-in-law; and numerous nieces and nephews."
