DOROTHY E. SPENCER, 84, died Saturday at Norton Suburban Hospital. She was the former Dorothy Floyd, a native of Lebanon, a retired cashier for the old A&P grocery stores and a member of St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church. Survivors: a daughter, Lola Griffin; a son, Phillip W. Spencer; brothers, Samuel, Jack and George Floyd; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Funeral: 10 a.m. Tuesday, her church, 7813 Shelbyville Road. Burial: Calvary. Visitation: Arch L. Heady Hikes Point, 4109 Taylorsville Road, 2-8 p.m. Monday. Memorial gifts: Mass of the air.
