She was married 1st about 1903 to Richard R Demonbreun (1874–1911), the son of Andrew Jackson "Jack" Demonbreun (1836–1908) and Mary L (Glover) Demonbreun (ca 1839–ca 1908). Richard was a farmer and 37 years old when he died on August 23, 1911 in Davidson County, and he was buried in the "family burial grounds" wherever that is.
Eddie was married 2nd about 1917 as the 2nd wife of John Henry Waddle (1865-1954), his 1st wife Eva Ann (McWhirter) Waddle having died in March 1916.
Living on Old Hickory Blvd off Rural Route 3 out of Ashland City, Eddie was 70 years old and married when she died at home of lobar pneumonia on January 9, 1945. Burial was three days later in Mount Olivet Cemetery in Nashville.
