Mrs. Lyly (Dailey) Cropp died at the home of her parents here, Mr. and Mrs. Geo. W. Dailey on Saturday, June 24th at 3:30 p.m. She was married to Mr. Herman Cropp about two years since. Lily was a good member of the Baptist church, and died with the Christian's hope of heaven.
She leaves two sisters, Mrs. Ruth Crosby, of Moss Point and Mrs. Ed. Lynd, of Escatawpa, and three brothers, John, Edward and James Dailey.
She was universally beloved by relatives and friends. The funeral services were preached in the Baptist church by Rev. Henry Rennett, and her body interred in the Ferrill graveyard.
