Miss Mary Null
Miss Mary Elizabeth Null died at the Waynesboro hospital this morning at 4 o’clock after a lingering illness of nearly two years and a critical illness of one week.
Miss Null was taken to the hospital Saturday of last week.
She had been an inmate of the United Brethren home at Quincy the last four years. Prior to taking up her residence at the Quincy home she lived with her sister, Mrs. Annie Moore, widow of Dr. J. W. Moore.
She was born near Mount Zion, the daughter of Jonathan and Elizabeth (Sites) Null. She spent her entire life in the Mount Zion section with the exception of thirteen years in Waynesboro.
Miss Null was a member of the first United Brethren church since girlhood and was an enthusiastic church worker.
She is survived by one sister, Mrs. Annie Moore, and one nephew, S. R. Fitz, Philadelphia. Funeral services will be held Sunday morning at the old folks home in charge of Rev D, D, Rojahn and Rev. H. C. Kottler. Burial will be at Mount Zion.
