Sheboygan - Leona S. Ohm, age 101, of Sheboygan passed away late Friday evening, August 3, 2018. Leona was born October 30, 1916 in Sheboygan to the late John and Margaret (Mueller) Wagner. Leona was part of the third graduating class at St. Dominic Grade School. Her father John was one of the founding members of St. Dominic Catholic Church and Leona was the oldest living member of the church at the time of her death. Leona was united in marriage to Albert E. Ohm on June 18, 1938 at St. Dominic; he preceded her in death on February 22, 1993. Leona worked at St. Nicholas Hospital in the Anna Reiss home in the kitchen as well as being a house keeper at the Security Bank Building.

Survivors include her daughters Mary Ann (Gary) Kohlhagen of Sheboygan Falls and Sue Werner Gutierrez (Raul) of Greenfield, grandchildren: Andy (Courtney) Kohlhagen, Jenny (Peter) Sharpe and Matt Werner (special friend Brandy Terschner), great-grandchildren Alexa, Kacie, Lauren, and Joseph Sharpe, Haddie Kohlhagen and Wyatt Terschner.

Leona was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son-in-law Scott Werner, brothers John, Raymond, and Frederick and sisters Margaret and Helen.

Family and friends may call at St. Dominic Catholic Church, 2136 N. 21st Street, Sheboygan on Tuesday, August 7, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at the church with Fr. Matthew J. Widder, officiating. Burial will follow in the Calvary Cemetery.
