With a full heart, we say good-by to Alan Taft Badham. We will miss Alan's handle-bar mustache, his big laugh, and his delight in pounding music into his students. Alan's passion for trains, for the clarinet, and threatening people with his clarinet will forever put a smile on our face.
Alan proudly served in the US Army. Al was equally proud of the 4th of July Marching Band; Da Band, sharing music with the community for over 20 years. Al was also a member of the Wasatch Division of the National Model Railroad Association as well as a 33-year member of the O Scale Guys.
Alan is survived by his sisters, Taffy and Cindy; his niece, Amanda and brother-in-law, Wes. Although divorced from wife, Jamie Zeluff and stepson, Chad Zeluff, they remained close friends until the end.
A Celebration of Alan's life will begin on Friday, August 10, 2018, 2:00 p.m. at the Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 S. State St., Murray, Utah with a viewing from 1:00-1:45 p.m.
