IDA VIRGINIA AUSHERMAN, 76, a resident of the Avalon Manor Nursing Home, died there Wednesday. Born in Shepherdstown, WV, she wasthe daughter of Edward and Ida G. Mills Carter.
She was a member of the Church of the Brethren of St. Petersburg, Fl.
She is survived by her husband, David William Ausherman Sr., of St. Petersburg; two daughters, Gertrude E. Morningstar and Madeline M. Armstrong, both of Hagerstown; son, David W. Ausherman, Jr., Hagerstown; sister, Oma Swain, Hagerstown; brother, Howard Carter, Hagerstown; 9 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Services were held at the Rest Haven Funeral Chapel. Burial in Rest Haven Cemetery.
