Palma (Pam) C. Antonaccio passed away on Thursday, Aug. 16, 2018 at the age of 88. Pam was a lifelong resident of the Morristown/Morris Plains area. She attended Morristown schools, graduating from Morristown High School in 1947.
Pam was a legal secretary for many years at the Morristown law firm of Malehorn & Wiley and Sirota. After retirement she pursued a lifelong dream of owning her own business, opening a boutique women’s wear shop, “Fashions by Palma,” on South Street in Morristown.

For more then 40 years she was very active in the Morris County Republican Club, serving in many fundraising capacities and wherever there was a need. She also gave generously of her time to the Morris Plains Municipal Alliance. Typical of Pam’s willingness to help, she worked for a time in the Morris Plains tax office during a shortage of personnel.

As a community leader, she served for a time as president of the New Jersey Legal Secretary’s Association. She also was president of the Morris Plains Senior Citizens Association for five years, and founded the Red Hats Association, serving as Queen.
