BROWER, Lorraine Lorraine passed away peacefully three weeks short of her 62nd wedding anniversary with her family and friends at her side. She is survived by her loving husband Edward (Ed); two daughters Sherry Stiles (Gary) of Okanagan Falls, BC, Dena Hammond (Harry) of Sherwood Park, AB; son Galvin Brower (Jennifer) of Surrey, BC; four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, brother Ted Parlour (Anne) of Brooks, AB; two sisters Phyllis MacKenzie and Masie Wiest both of Lethbridge, AB; several nieces and nephews and her best friend Delayne Laframboise of Edmonton, AB. Predeceased by her sister Lucille Haines. was born in Lethbridge, AB, attended school in Iron Springs, AB and moved to Enchant, AB. She attended Olds College for two years in Horticulture and was on a scholarship. Lorraine married Edward Donald Brower in 1942. She was a CWL member for 54 years and a member of the BC Heart & Stroke Club in Kelowna. Lorraine will be dearly missed by her family and friends. celebration of Lorraine's life will be celebrated on Thursday, November 4th, at 11:00 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church, 839 Sutherland Avenue, Kelowna, BC with Father Wayne Pfliger as Celebrant. A private family interment will take place at St. Theresa's Cemetery.
