To Be on Tuesday

Final rites for Mrs. Mary Analaire Daniel, 85, Sand Lick, will be held in the Mattsville Methodist Church at 2 p.m. Tuesday. The Rev. Robert H. Doan will officiate. Burial will be in the Harper Cemetery at Harper.

Mrs. Daniel died in a Weston hospital at 7:15 a.m. Sunday after an illness of 10 years.

Born at Mattsville on Nov. 11, 1873, she was the daughter of the late John and Frances Harper Williams. She was the wife of Jerry Daniel, who died May 20, 1946. She was a member of the Mattsville Methodist Church, and spent most of her life in Raleigh County.

Her survivors include two sons, Clifford and Carl of Sand Lick; three brothers, Ambrose and Eldrige Williams of Sand Lick, and Albert Williams of Clear Creek; five grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

The body will remain at the Melton Mortuary until 12:30 p.m. Tuesday when it will be moved to the Mattsville Methodist Church.

Pallbearers will be Walter and Barley Williams, Thomas Athey, Azel Maynor, Ray and Junior Daniel, Claude Newman, and Tracy Harper.
