Obituary: Alcott, David K., 75 of Sun City Center, formerly of Rehoboth, MA passed away on September 10, 2004. He was the husband of Barbara M. Alcott and son of the late John E. and Marion (Kendrick) Alcott.
Mr. Alcott was a former salesman, machinist and business owner. Upon his retirement to Florida he became an avid golfer and artist. He was also a World War II Navy Veteran.
Besides his wife, he is survived by a sister, Martha Garner; his children, Christine L. and Stephen P. Baptiste, David K. Jr. and Robin J. Alcott and Glenn M. Alcott and his grandchildren, Lisa and Scott Peterson, Daniel Baptiste and Bethany Baptiste. He was the brother of the late John E. Alcott, Jr. of Richmond, VA.
Memorial service was held at United Community Church, Sun City Center on September 16. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to LifePath Hospice, 3725 Upper Creek Dr., Sun City Center 33573.
