Mr. Landon was administrator of Asbury Hospital from 1957 until his death. He studied at the University of Nebraska and Washington University, St. Louis, Mo. He was a World War II veteran of the Army Air Corps, a member of the Salina Rotary club, the Masonic lodge, Salina Consistory, Isis Shrine. He was serving as chairman of the board of Kansas Blue Cross and was on the board of directors of the Salina Hilton Inn.
Survivors included the widow, Harriet; three sons, Tim, Dan and Matt; 2 daughters, Mrs. Janet Latschar and Mrs. Carol Jacoby; 2 brothers, Everet, and Ray; a sister, Mrs. Anges Boose; and 4 grandchildren.
