She was born August 4, 1924 in Chicago, and passed away August 25, 2018 in Lake Zurich.
Kitty was the beloved wife of the late Edward L. Dembski; loving mother of Dale (Karen) Dembski, Judy (Dale) Overson, Allen (Jan) Dembski, Edward (Gina) Dembski, Dorian Boliaux, Dianne (John) Walter and the late Edward “Skipper” Dembski; loving Busha of Kevin (Carrie), Suzee, Natalie (Derek), Nicole, Justin, Kailee, Danyel, Jillian, Jack, Jace, Valerie, Madison, Christopher and Kelly; loving great-grandmother of Zachary, Jordan, Amber and Dakota; great-great grandmother of Karsen; dear daughter of the late Adam and Helen (nee Kortas) Adamski; fond sister of the late Henrietta, Sylvia, Edwin, Cecilia, Richard, Lauretta, Medard.
Kitty lived a life selflessly serving her immediate family and church family. She lovingly devoted her younger years to her children and then her grandchildren. When her husband Ed fell ill, for ten years she tirelessly cared for him until his passing. Her servant hood continued at her church where she administered communion to the home bound through The Ministry of Care, was an avid participant in the Rosary Ministry, and student of the Bible Series.
Fondly, she will be remembered for hosting luncheons for her friends from morning mass which she attended every day. Dearest to her was Father Ryan who was her last “friend” to visit and brought a smile to her face before her family surrounded her in her final hours. After sharing stories, her children began singing hymns and witnessed a beautiful miracle… as they concluded “It Is Well With My Soul” she breathed her final breath with the last note.
