Philadelphia, Nov 29, (AP) - The Rev. Francis X. English, 68, rector of St. Paul's Catholic church, Hamler, O., died yesterday at the home of a sister here. Father English was ordained in 1902 by the late Cardinal Gibbons and was given the Holy Name church at Cleveland, for his first assignment.
