Funeral services for Minnie Weber Moore, who died on Friday at her residence near Nixon, were held on Sunday at 2 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church, with the Rev. John Carr officiating. Finch Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements, and interment was in the Nixon cemetery.
Mrs. Moore was born on Nov. 23, 1894 in Gonzales county, to John L. and Lillie Griffin Weber. She was married to Bluford Curtis Moore on Oct. 27, 1920 in Nixon, and they made their home near there. He preceded her in death on March 26, 1973.
