* Lila "Mae" Wilmott, married on Oct 6, 1955. Married 37yrs and had 3 children; Richard, Nancy and Donna.
** Louise Brewer, married on Aug 14, 1995 in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Married 23yrs, no children.
Lee retired from the Tulsa Fire Department as Captain. He also worked many years for the Performing Art Center in Tulsa as a stage hand. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with family and friends. Lee graduated from Glenpool High School. After graduation he was awarded a basketball scholarship, but one of his greatest joys in life was to play and teach basketball fundamentals. He loved the game.
Lee carried the nickname of LeeJack from many close friends that were firemen and stagehands.
Lee was preceded in death by his parents; his late wife, Lila "Mae" Putnam and his grandson Mark Endicott Coble Jr. Also his sister-in-law, Ruth (Duffell) Putnam.
Survivors include his wife, Louise Putnam; Son, Richard Putnam and wife, Sheila; Daughters, Donna (Putnam) Coble and Nancy Putnam. Stepdaughter Rhonda Owens and husband, Fred; Stepson Don Butcher and wife, Kelli; Brother, Bill Putnam; Sister, Harriet (Putnam) Speer and husband Arthur. Also survived by a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
It was the wishes of Lee and Louise to be buried next to the love of their lives and former spouses, (Lila Putnam) and (Carl Brewer). They lost both to cancer 2 yrs before they married. Lee and Lila are at the Bixby Cemetery in Bixby, OK. Louise and Carl are at the Green Hill Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Sapulpa, OK.
