Obituary | "Funeral services for Mrs. Emma Clinton Williams, of Jefferson, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Bethlehem Church of Jefferson with rev. R.A. Anderson officiating. Burial will be in Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Williams died Sunday in Marion County Hospital. A lifelong resident of Marion County, she was born the daughter of Len Hanson and Mrs. Martha Zachery. She was a housewife, and she was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church. The body will lie in-state until 12:30 p.m. at the chapel of Peoples Funeral Home. Survivors include one son, Reginal Clinton, of Dallas, Texas; one stepson, George Clinton, of Shreveport, Louisiana; three daughters, Mrs. Bertha Helms, of Dallas, Texas, and Mrs. Jennie V. Luster and Mrs. Hattie M. Burns, both of Jefferson, Texas; one brother, Monroe Franklin, of Waxahachie, Texas; 28 grandchildren; and 59 great-grandchildren."
