Larry Vaughn and Alonzo Williams will officiate and burial will follow in Highland Park Mausoleum in Mayfield.

Ms. Shelby, a retired schoolteacher, is survived by her husband, William Shelby; a son, Charles Shelby of Wingo; a daughter, Mrs. Ann Harris of Selmer, Tenn.; two brothers, Cecil Anderson of Mayfield and Jerry Anderson of Detroit; four sisters, St. L. Coltar of Detroit, Elwanda Cox of San Francisco, Bruton Woods of Paducah and Jean Simmons of Murray; and six grandchildren.
