He is survived by his sons, William C. Rozell Jr. of Mechanicsville, Richard L. Rozell (Penny) of Manquin and James Donald Rozell (Robin) of Mechanicsville; two grandchildren, Penny Lee and Jordan Elizabeth Rozell; and sister Beulah Lewis.
Mr. Rozell served in the Army right out of high school and then worked as a mechanic until his retirement from Henrico County. The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 25 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Mechanicsville Chapel of the Bennett Funeral Home, 8014 Lee-Davis Road, where services will be held on Monday, November 26 at 7 p.m. Interment will follow on Tuesday, November 27 at 2 p.m. at Salem United Methodist Church, Dillwyn, Va.
