Mrs. F. R. Wiseman passed away yesterday afternoon at her home, 715 West Second street. Death came peacefully in the presence of the family and attending physician, after an illness of several months.
Frances Regina Beauchamp was born in Elizabeth, Wood county, Virginia, July 24, 1839. She was married at that place on June 7, 1860, to Enoch Rector Wiseman and came to Grand Island with her husband in March, 1873. She was preceded in death by her husband and three children. There remain to mourn her loss Mrs. Alice Eastman, of St. Louis, Mo.; Mrs. George M. Graham, of Pasadena, Col,; Ralph B. Wiseman of Ellensburg, Washington and Genevieve and Jessie Wiseman of this city. Mrs. Wiseman held, through her long and useful life and the integrity and admirable qualities of her character, the highest estemm of a wide circle of friends whose sympathy goes out to the bereaved ones at this time.
The funeral services will be held on Friday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from St. Stephen's Episcopal church. Friends may call at the home on Friday between the hours of ten and twelve. obit courtesy of diaNEB (#47466150)
