Carolyn "Dot" (Dacey) Bergen - Of New Pond Village, Walpole, formerly of Westwood, April 12th. Beloved wife of the late William B. Bergen. Loving mother of William J. Bergen of Belleville, IL, Carolyn Gentili of South Boston, Kathleen Barry of Hopkinton and Jack Bergen of Walpole. Devoted grandmother of Matthew Bergen, Kara Stegman, Kristopher Bergen, Mark Gentili, Christina Gentili, Katelyn Barry, Christopher Barry and Kerri Bergen. Sister-in-law of Pauline Bergen of Dunedin, FL. Funeral from the Holden, Dunnirvine and Lawler Funeral Home, 55 High Rock St., (off Route 109), WESTWOOD on Saturday, April 16th at 8 AM. Funeral Mass in St. Denis Church, Westwood at 9 AM. Relatives and friends are invited. Visiting hours Thursday 7-9 PM and Friday, 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Interment New Westwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dot's name to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, 10 Brookline Place West, 6th Floor, Brookline, MA 02445. Dot was a member of the Westwood Women's Club, a past Board Member of the Westwood Council on Aging and a dedicated Teacher at Westwood High School for over 25 years.
