Lillian A. (Reynolds) Maharrey, 67, of Deerfield, Ohio, formerly of Akron, died Wednesday, Aug. 11, 1999. She is survived by daughters, Mary (Frazier) Hunter of New London, Ohio, and Esther Grund of Deerfield, Ohio; sons, John Reynolds of Deerfield, Ohio, and Daniel Reynolds of Kentucky; brother, Frenchie Carpenter of Carrollton; 12 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. Funeral services will be at Shorts Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel at 12 noon Friday, Aug. 13, 1999. There will be no calling hours. A graveside service will be 2 p.m. Friday at Hillside Memorial Park in Akron, Rev. Sylvia Brown officiating. Burial at Hillside Memorial Park in Akron. (Shorts Funeral Homes, 330-296-6858.)
