Mia was a shy, intelligent, warm and caring young lady. She had a veracious appetite for reading and was a gifted writer. She graduated from Newman Smith High School in Carrollton, Texas in 2007. After graduation, she attended Collin County Community College in Plano, Texas and the University of Texas in Arlington. She married Bryan Doucet and to this union was born one son.
Mia was preceded in death by: her grandmother, Ruby Fay Jones and (best friend and cousin) Brandon M. Cox.
