William and Stella raised Audrey and in the 1920 and 1930 Census she is listed as daughter, so i have suggested them as her parents.

"Audrey D. Munroe died Nov. 2, 1993, at the age of 84, in her home in Ft. Bidwell after a short illness. Funeral services were held in the Ft. Bidwell Community Church with burial in the Ft. Bidwell Cemetery on Nov. 5.
Born Jan 21, 1909 on the Bucher family ranch north of Lake City, she attended grade school and high school in Ft. Bidwell through the 11th grade and finished her senior year at Modoc County High School in Alturas.
She attended the University of California at Berkeley, graduating in 1931 with a B.S. degree in economics. She was in the banking business until she joined the Navy in 1943. She served three years and was promoted to full Lieutenant. After her discharge, she returned to Berkeley and worked for Percival C. Mills, Realtor, until her retirement in 1972. She has maintained a summer home in Ft. Bidwell and spent the winters in her home in Berkeley.
Audrey was preceded in death by both her parents, William Munroe and Stella Bucher Munroe. The Munroe and Bucher families were among the first settlers in Ft. Bidwell and Lake City. Her brother, Leo Weilmunster of Canby, preceded her in death Jan 13, 1986.
She is survived by her lifelong friend, Elizabeth S. Parrish of Ft. Bidwell; two nephews, Donald K. Weilmunster of Garden Valley; Robert L. Weilmunster of Gerber, Calif. She is also survived by three first cousins, Reuel A. Bucher of Ft. Bidwell. Lilian Harvey of Lakeview, and Jewel Beeson of Alturas, and their families throughout Modoc County and Lake County, Oregon."
