Richard Wayne Salisbury, 64, of Clay, WV, formerly of Racine, WV was the son of the late Arthur and Mary Ann Canfield Salisbury. He spent most of his life with his maternal grandparents, William and Jennie Canfield. Richard was an Army veteran. He is survived by his brothers, Cary Salisbury, Hubert Salisbury; and sister, Wanda Pennington.
