Thomson, GA - Billy A. Lowe, 78, passed away on September, 27, 2018, at his residence. He was born on May 16, 1940 to the late Cleo and Una Lowe and lived in Richmond County and McDuffie County all his life. He was a retired brick mason.
Left to cherish his memories are three sons, Johnny Lowe, Allen Lowe (Tricia), and Keith Lowe (Lori) and their mother Mary Jo Lowe McNeely; one sister, Earline Webb; one brother, Ricky Lowe (Angela); Grandchildren, Brian Lowe (Mallory), Katie Thompson (Tanner), Brandon Lowe (Savannah), Jason Milligan, Madyson Lowe, Kaylee Lowe; Great-Grandchildren, Ryan Lowe and Hazel Lowe; numerous nieces and nephews; and his former daughters-in-law, Sandy Lowe and Gloria Streets Wilson.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Charles Lowe; two brothers, Johnny Lowe and Tommy Lowe; his sisters, Margaret Tarpley, Sara Reese and Helen Kirkendohl; and his companion, Barbara Moore.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, October 1, 2018, in the Bellevue Memorial Gardens Chapel with the Rev. Don Prosser officiating. Interment will follow in Bellevue Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Brian Lowe, Brandon Lowe, Jason Milligan, Chuck Pittman, Bobby Drawdy and Patrick Haynie.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, September 29, 2018 from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM at the funeral home.
