Kurt Gerald Anderson was born to Don and Jean Anderson and passed away with his parents at his side on Friday, May 4, 2007, at the age of 34. Kurt was born on December 29, 1972. He went to Sun Empire Elem-entary School, Kerman Jun-ior High School, Kerman High School and attended the University of California at Irvine for two years. While in high school, Kurt was very active in many service clubs and organ-izations including many Qddysey of the Minds, Academic Decathlon and Mock Trial competitions. While attending UC Irvine, he was one of the founding members of the Irvine branch of Delta Sigma Phi Faternity. In southern California, Kurt started working at jobs that required meeting the public. This was an area that he excelled at because of his personality and public relation skills. He was the manager of the Hollywood Kinkos where he would on occasion help a movie or TV star. The last four years he was the office manager for Cushman & Wakefield Insurance in Irvine, California. The family would like to thank Dr. Garrett Bird, Dr. Anna Marie Gonzalez, and all of the medical staff at Community Regional Med-ical Center for their loving care and support of Kurt. Kurt is survived by his parents, Don and Jean Anderson of Kerman; his twin brother, Kevin Ander-son and his wife Willana and their daughter Paige of Sausaltio, California; his sister, Erin Nestor and her daughter Avery of Fresno, California; his grandmother, Lorraine Schwabenland of Kerman; his Aunt Cathy and Uncle Jim Jerkovich of Fresno, California; his Aunt JoAnn and Uncle Rick Schwabenland of Fresno, California; his Uncle Bob Schwabenland of Kerman, California; his Uncle Ken and Aunt Lyn Anderson of Madera, California; his Aunt Jan and Uncle Dan Safreno of Kerman, Calif-ornia; and cousins, Jimmy and Kristen Jerkovich of Sacramento, California, Travis and Marla Mills of Clovis, California, and Mark and Jennifer Safreno of Kerman, California, and Katie and Kylie Schwa-benland of Fresno.
