RUSK - Services for Violet Chilson, 92, Rusk, are scheduled for 10 a.m. Monday at Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home chapel, Rusk, with the Rev. Jerry Walles officiating.
Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. Chilson died May 10, 2007, at a Jacksonville hospital.

She was born April 10, 1915, in Kalkaska, Mich., to the late Elera and Nora Sumner Potter.
She was a retired secretary for an insurance company, lived in Rapid City, Mich., prior to moving to Rusk 13 years ago, and was a member of Reklaw Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Ralph Preston Garrison & Emanuel Roy Chilson, a son, Ward Garrison and daughter, Carylon Louise "Susie Q" Will.

Survivors include daughters Jo-Ann Huffman, Plano, Janice Borque, Beaumont, and Helen Higgins, Reklaw; grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral
