Mark was a son of the late Walter Scott Brank, Jr and Laura PORTER Johnson. He passed away at Mission Hospital in Asheville following a short illness. He was survived by his brother John of Maryland, maternal aunt Rosemary of CA, cousin Jane of GA, three stepbrothers, Gordon, Bruce and Kenneth Black, and a stepsister.Kathleen Brooke, as well as a number of friends and other relatives.
Mark's ashes were blended with those of his mother and buried in Valletown Cemetery in Andrews, NC.
