Funeral services will be held at 2:00 Thursday afternoon at the chapel of Jones mortuary in Colchester, Illinois with the Rev. Nowlin officiating, and burial will be in Mount Auburn cemetery.
Mr. Bisby was born September 8, 1877 near Astoria, Illinois to Levi and Nancy Aten Bisby, and had lived at Colchester, Illinois about six years. He was a retired farmer.
On November 27, 1898 he married Minnie Reed, who survives with two sons, Edmond Lee and Ralph Eugene Bisby, both of Colchester. A brother, William, of Plymouth and two sisters, Mrs. Lou Miller and Mrs. Alta Daniels, both of Colchester, also survive him.
Four sisters, Mrs. Emma McCormick, Mrs. Etta LaPierre, Mrs. Belle Bolen, and Mrs. Ella Adair are deceased. Friends may call at the funeral home.
