Adams, Alfred Adams, Charlie Adams, Doc and Newton Adams and 4 sisters Dolly Carroll, Edna Jarrell, Effie Stafford and Lilly Adams.

Dudley J. Adams age 87 and a resident of Varnado La. passed away on Sept. 29, 2018 at his residence. He was a member of Central Missionary Baptist Church, Pine Lodge #264, and was a US Army veteran serving during the Korean Conflict. He is survived by one son Richard Adams of Gulfport MS. One daughter Sybil Wilkerson of Varnado La. Four grandchildren, Brandy Adams, Glen Adams Jr., Richard Adams III, Sarah Bauldree. Five great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Also survived by a special friend and companion Ivell Miley.
He is preceded in death by his wife of 56 years Ruby Lee Adams, a son Glen Adams Sr., parents John and Ida Miley Adams, brothers B.J. Adams, Alfred Adams, Charlie Adams, Doc and Newton Adams. Sisters Dolly Carroll, Edna Jarrell, Effie Stafford, and Lilly Adams.
Visitation will be in the chapel of Brown McGehee Funeral Home on Monday Oct. 1, 2018 from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. Visitation will continue of Tuesday from 8 a.m. until time for service in the chapel at 10 a.m. with Elder Doyle Ball, Elder Mason Miley and Rev. Edward Penton officiating. Burial will be in Central Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery with military rites conducted by Magic City Post #24 of the American Legion.
