He is survived by his father, Alan Carnahan (step-mother Judy); mother, Mary Jane Kennedy (step-father Jeff); sisters, Christine Shadle; brother, Greg Kennedy; grandparents, Don Carnahan, Raymond Loy, Tom and Lee Maloney, and Pauline Kennedy; and girlfriend, Haylee Turk. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Harriett and Red Woodard, Bonnie Loy, A. Dean Kennedy, and Gayle Carnahan.
He was a student at Ben Davis High School who was to graduate in two weeks; his family will be accepting his diploma on his behalf. He liked bowling, basketball, drawing, art, and listening to his favorite music.
Services were entrusted to Conkle Funeral Home of Avon, Indiana.
Cause of Death: Complications of Leptospirosis.
