Born May 22, 1922, in Rural Mill Hall, she was a daughter of the late James and Ella Rae Longwell Briggs. She married Doyle Rogers, who died November 18, 1997.
She was a homemaker, a Protestant and member of the Bellefonte Women of the Moose.
She was survived by three sisters: Janet Snook of Avis, Dorothy Brickell of Lock Haven and Mable Knoffsinger of pleasant Gap and a brother James Briggs of Budd Lake, New Jersey.
Her Funeral was arranged by the W. Robert Neff Funeral Home. Howard.
Graveside services were at the Hublersburg Cemetery.
