Arthur R. Pramuk, 75, resident of Miller, formerly of Munster, IN, passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by loved ones on Monday, October 8, 2018. He is survived by his former wife, Susan Montalbano Pramuk. His children, Patrick (Pamela) Pramuk, Sherri (Jesus) Recio, Geoffrey (Franchesca) Pramuk, Nicole-Noel (Rick) Pramuk Gaskey and Meagan (Jared) Kun; twelve grandchildren: Anna Mae, Francisca, Refugio, Sharifa; Phoebe, Sammy, Nellie; Genesis, Eden; Liam, Payton and Ryann. Numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by brother, Michael Tony Pramuk. Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 11, 2018, 12:00 p.m. at HILLSIDE FUNERAL & CREMATION CENTER, 8941 Kleinman Rd, Highland. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Burial will take place at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, 8178 Cline Ave., Crown Point. Arthur retired from Inland Steel after 31 years and retired from Cargill after 15 years. A U.S. Army veteran and he was a lifetime member of American Legion post #369 and a lifelong member of the area. Memorials may be made to family in his name.
