Mildred M. Mullins, 91, formerly of 444 S. Parkway Drive, died Monday, March 10, 2003, at Pekin Living and Rehabilitation Center.

Born Dec. 13, 1911, in Chillicothe, she was the daughter of Charles Sweeney. She married Guy E. Mullins on April 29, 1931, in Pekin. He died Oct. 3, 1986.

She also was preceded in death by one brother.

Surviving are one daughter, JoAnne (and Cal) Benson of Pekin; and one sister, Helen Weeks of Pekin.

She was an office worker at Hiram Walker & Sons in Peoria and later was a safe deposit clerk at Herget National Bank in Pekin.

She was a former Girl Scout leader.

Burial will be in Glendale Memorial Gardens.
