Dennis L. Vannoy, 74, of Fairview, passed away at 10:07 am Sunday, October 7, 2018 at his residence. He was born on April 7, 1944 in Union, IL. to Murton and Dorothy Vannoy. He married Angel Lock and she preceded him in death. He then married Jackie Dilts and she also preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his parents, son Steven Vannoy and sister Judy Smith.
Surviving are thirteen children; Andrew Vannoy, Jamie Vannoy, Dorothea Carr, Jimmy Vannoy, Dennis Vannoy Jr, Gene Vannoy, Tim Vannoy, Tom Vannoy, Brian Vannoy, Jay Vannoy, Kevin Vannoy, Caleb Vannoy, and Christine Ingram, step daughter Latisha Andrews and fourteen grandchildren.
Dennis was an Army veteran and was a truck driver.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday October 12, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Oaks-Hines Funeral Home in Canton where visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. A burial will be held at Ellisville cemetery on Saturday October 20, 2018 at 12 noon.
