WALTERS Graveside service with military honors for A.J. Vardell, 90, Walters, will be at 1 p.m. Friday, Sept. 30, 2016, at Walters Cemetery under direction of Hart-Wyatt Funeral Home, Walters.

Albert John "AJ" Vardell was born July 25, 1926, in Walters, to Pleasant Pierce Vardell and Irene South Vardell.

He departed this life in Okmulgee on Sunday morning, Sept. 25, 2016.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 29, 2016, at the funeral home.
