Tim was a Eagle Scout and a 1969 graduate of Harper Creek High School. He was employed with General Motors in Tool & Die for over 30 years until retiring in 2011.
Tim is survived by his Wife of 3 years Adele Marie (Cousineau) Aldrich of Battle Creek, MI; Sons, Ryan Timothy (Cathy) Aldrich of Battle Creek, MI and Lance Edward (Ariana Valderas) Aldrich of Waterford, MI; Step-Sons, Matthew John Eickholt of Battle Creek, MI and Andrew Roland (Desirae) Eickholt of St. Charles, MI; Grandchildren, Cameron (Raeann) Aldrich, Caleb Aldrich, Connor Aldrich, Blake Valderas and Harmony Eickholt; Sisters, Rebecca (Gary) Newcomb and Laura (Nancy Neff) Aldrich; numerous nieces, nephews & extended family. He was preceded in death by his Parents.
Tim enjoyed woodworking and received his Master of Woodworking Degree from Marc Adams School. He enjoyed history, traveling, was a huge UofM fan..."Go Blue", was an avid Detroit sports fan. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.Tim always had a positive attitude despite his many physical challenges. He was a brave warrior and never complained about his situation. He was humorous and made the people around him happy. He was a member of Chapel Hill United Methodist Church.
Visitation will be held at the Baxter Funeral & Cremation Service, 375 W. Dickman Road, on Thursday October 11, 2018 from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
A funeral service will be held at the Chapel Hill United Methodist Church, 157 Chapel Hill Drive, Battle Creek, Michigan on Friday, October 12, 2018 at 11:00 am with Rev. Dr. James M Gysel and Pastor Chad Parmalee officiating.
Interment will take place in the Newbre Cemetery.
