She graduated from St. Charles High School in 1965. Jackie worked as a receiving clerk at International Harvester (Navistar) in Fort Wayne for 26 years and then went onto work in purchasing at Zollner Corporation in Fort Wayne for 10 years, retiring in 2004. She was a member of Our Lady of Good Hope Catholic Church in Fort Wayne. She enjoyed playing tennis, golfing, reading, occasionally going to the casino and playing cards with her mother and sisters.
Jackie is survived by her husband, Ronald L., whom she married on Aug. 29, 1988 in Fort Wayne; sisters, Betty (Marvin) Malovey of Coldwater and Margaret Wiseman of Fort Wayne; special friend, Brad Mullins of Urbana, Ohio; nephew, Scott (Vetta Kidd) Wiseman; nieces, Kris (Pat) Gilman and Kim (Brett) Brumet; three grand nieces; one grand nephew; four step-children, Jeff Miller, Marci Huth, Amy Cochren, and Dr. Sara (Dr. Adam Keefe) Miller; and six step-grandchildren.
Jackie was preceded in death by her parents.
Mass of Christian Burial is 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 18, 2018, at St. Mary of Assumption Catholic Church in Bronson, Father Paul Redmond officiating. Visitation from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 18, 2018, at Dutcher Funeral Home in Bronson. Interment will follow Mass at St. Mary's Cemetery in Bronson.
