Orangeburg - Horace Edwin Harley, 66, died Wednesday at the Orangeburg Regional Hospital. Born in Barnwell County, he was a son of the late Harry and Daisy Garrison Harley. He was a retired employee of the Life Insurance Co. of Georgia with 44 years service. Mr. Harley was a member of the Life Underwriters Association and was a Mason. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Louise Judy Harley of Orangeburg; two daughters, Mrs. Robert G. Bishop and Mrs Patsy H. Cauthen of Orangeburg; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Lawton C. Evans Jr. of Orangeburg; two stepsons, Aubrey E. Judy Jr. of Kingstree and G. Milton Judy of Cope; and 11 grandchildren. Services will be 4 p.m. today at the First Baptist Church with burial in Memorial Park Cemetery. Dukes-Harley Funeral Home is in charge. © The State, Columbia, SC, 6 Aug 1976
