Dora Bell was the daughter of Samuel and Mary Mildred "Minnie" (Kessel) Noel of Chetopa, Wilson County, Kansas. In about 1913 she married Walter David Mollett. They were the parents of Coy, Iva Delores "Ivy", and Elizabeth. They divorced and Walter moved to Buchanan County, Missouri and remarried. Dora Bell later married Henry Thomas Taylor, son of John Thomas Taylor and Hannah (Riner) Taylor.
