Born July 14, 1927, in Plymouth, he was the devoted son of the late Benjamin Zellock and Sophia Szalkucki Zellock. Edward was a graduate of Plymouth High School and had pursued radio and television engineering training in Washington, D.C. He was a member of All Saints Parish, Plymouth.
Edward was a veteran, serving with the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Shawnee Post 1425. Prior to his retirement, he was employed by WDAU, Channel 22, as a technician for many years.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Zellock; sisters, Helen Walters, Lillian Mach, Barbara Jones and Clare Robbett; and brother, Chester Zellock.
Surviving are many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
A funeral will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday from S.J. Grontkowski Funeral Home, 530 W. Main St., Plymouth, with Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in All Saints Parish, Plymouth. Interment will be in St. Mary's Nativity Cemetery, Plymouth Twp.
