She is survived by her sister, Ruth Svorec of Lorraine, Ohio; her daughter, Nancy Rae Parrish Frederick and her husband, Bruce Frederick; her son, Larry Parrish and his partner, Susie Harringer.
Hazel will be remembered fondly in the hearts of her grandchildren, Danny Alexander, Juanita Ellenson, Kerri Antill, Ben Parrish, and Krissie Neimann and her ten great-grandchildren.
Memorial services were held on Thursday, March 10, 2005 at Green Acres Mortuary in Bloomington, California. Interment followed at Green Acres Memorial Park.
